GP referrals under a Chronic Conditions Management Plan (GPCCMP) are eligible for a Medicare rebate. 


Private health insurance rebates may apply—please check with your provider regarding your coverage options. 




Consultation Fees: 

  • Initial/long Appointments: 60 mins - $110 
  • Follow-up Appointments: 30 mins - $80
