Referrals

GP referrals under a Chronic Conditions Management Plan (GPCCMP) are eligible for a partial Medicare rebate on consultation fees.

Self referrals & Endocrinologist referrals incur full private fees. Private health insurance rebates may apply—please check with your provider.

Gold/White DVA Card Holders: billed through DVA
